FAQ’S

  • You must have all content necessary for the project ready to go by our agreed upon start date, unless discussed prior. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date and/or a restart fee.

  • No. All deposits are non-refundable. This is my way of securing your spot in the queue. I book some projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

  • Yes. Payments are broken into two - four parts depending on the project. There is a non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking The remainder of the payments can be made leading up to one week before the project start date, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • No. However, I will most likely book you for a day rate if this is the case. If you are needing an efficient website fast, please check out our VIP Day Intensives.

  • I am typically booked out a month or two in advance for this type of project, so I would suggest getting in touch with me as soon as you start thinking about hiring a designer, and well before your deadline.
